Chicken Crust Pizza
This has been a big week for us. Our one and only little kiddo started kindergarten this week. We have many mixed emotions. It is so much fun to watch him grow and become his own person, but miss the years he was a baby and a toddler. Everyone says time flys, but it feels as if it's moving at lightning speed. It has made me look at what's important in life and realize what are really my priorities in life. Your phone is not a priority. Social media is not a priority. TV is not a priority. What is a priority, is your family and the time you have with them. Soak up this special time in life and make the most of every moment.

We had a fun moment this past weekend. We made chicken crust pizza. We had a date night in the kitchen cooking.
It doesn't take many ingredients and it is super easy and super yummy! You need your ground chicken, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, one egg, salt and pepper.

Mix the ground chicken with both cheeses, an egg, salt and pepper. Stir it real good.

Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper and put the chicken mix on it. Shape it like a pizza crust.

Cook it in the oven on 425 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Pull the pizza crust out of the oven. We move ours to a pizza stone. Add your favorite pizza sauce and all of your toppings. Get creative with your pizza. Pop it back in the oven for 5 more minutes and then boom it's done. It's so good!
