3 Training Options

In-Person

Training in-person is the most effective way to train during your workouts and fitness journey. I can travel to train at your home or look at other options. In-person is a great way to focus on assessments and technique while working out. You will have access to my workout app during workouts and it also helps set training, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.

Hybrid

Training this way is a combination of in-person and online training. Some workouts will be in-person and the others you can do at home or in a gym through the workout app that guides you. Even if you can only meet in-person once a week, this is the best method.

Online Only

Training online is a great flexible option. You can follow your workouts through the workout app that has walkthrough videos of all your exercises. The workout will be a great tool to set fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals. We will also have a weekly call to answer any questions, give tips, etc.
