
Breakfast Chicken Crust Pizza

Our year is getting off to a good start. We made a challenge for ourselves during the month of January to eat only at home. Not only did we eat healthier, but we saved some money too. Definitely a win.
One recipe we always fit into our meal planning is the breakfast pizza. It is taking pizza and breakfast to the next level and you get so much protein.
You take the chicken crust pizza (recipe included in this post) and your favorite breakfast foods and put then on the pizza crust. For us we use tater tots, scrambled eggs and sausage with cheese.

Scramble eggs and cook the sausage on the stovetop. While that is cooking, go ahead and bake your tater tots. Layer the eggs, sausage and tater tots on top of the pizza crust. Top off with shredded cheese and whatever else you want.
Cook in the oven on 425 for five minutes or until you think it's ready.
